Our multi-functional LIVE/WORK HYBRID OBJECT, THE ISLAND combines the two extreme opposites: sleep-absolute relaxation and work. Day and night, it could adapt to user's needs [within arm's reach] and give an opportunity to not only resting-sleeping but also dining or working [on computer] in the bed. The all-in-one OBJECT provides new type of experience by incorporating bed, sofa, desk, side table, storage, coffee table, tray, shelf, and extending their traditional roles.

The two independent modules could be used separately or attached into one island of embrace, romance, and sensuality.

The sofa backrest could be utilized as a cushion or a coffee table-tray-shelf and could offer variety of uses like holding drinks, plates, laptop or iPad [and many others up to the user's imagination] without hindering the TV on the wall. The side tables are built into THE ISLAND for holding a lamp, glasses, cup or a magazine.

The LIVE/WORK HYBRID OBJECT is structural and at the same time poetic with unique, vibrant, dynamic, ergonomic forms. It has many faces and should be available in a range of colors and 100% recyclable.
